Questions from farmers
How is quality checked?
Samples are tested for moisture, impurities and protein (for wheat) at the elevator lab; the contract follows the lab results.
When do I get paid?
By bank transfer according to contract terms, usually after unloading and lab confirmation.
Do you collect from the field?
Yes, our trucks collect from fields, farm storage or elevators.
Do you trade livestock?
As an agent, we connect sellers and buyers of live animals; transport is arranged with specialist carriers.

BLANKETS SITI TOV ("Blankets Siti", "we") trades grain, seeds and animal feed wholesale, acts as an agent in trade of agricultural raw materials, live animals and textile raw materials, and provides road freight. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Farmers and suppliers
Farm owners may be individuals or sole proprietors. We process names, tax numbers, bank details, field or storage locations, crop volumes, lab results and contracts.
3. Buyers
Business contacts, contracts and delivery points.
4. Agency deals
We share a party's contact details with a counterparty only after both agree to proceed. For livestock, veterinary documents are handled as required by law.
5. Drivers and haulage
Drivers' names, licence data, waybills, weighbridge tickets and vehicle GPS data.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, transport, veterinary), legitimate interests (fleet safety).
7. Recipients
Elevators, laboratories, banks, carriers, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
